1. Decentralized Architecture & Collection
Unlike traditional monolithic SaaS providers that aggregate your customer data into a single point of failure, BrandedClaws provisions isolated, self-hosted Docker networks for elite clients. Consequently, your data largely resides firmly on your provisioned private node. However, for platform billing, meta-analytics, and system health checks, we securely record limited telemetry within our primary Dolibarr CRM instance.
2. Localized AI Model Usage
A cornerstone of the BrandedClaws ecosystem is absolute data sovereignty. All Large Language Model (LLM) text generation utilizes Llama-3-8B, and all cinematic media generation utilizes FLUX.1 and Wan2.1-Turbo. These are executed strictly on secure, localized Docker containers within your server's VRAM allocation.
We unequivocally do not transmit your private prompt data or client context to external third-party APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Midjourney) unless you explicitly bridge those connections via your personal n8n webhook nodes.
3. End-to-End Encryption & Security
We enforce strict HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), X-Frame-Options, and TLS 1.3 encryption natively via Nginx Proxy Manager for all network bridges over brandedclaws.com subdomains. Your data transits across an encrypted internal mesh network invisible to the public internet prior to final routing.
4. Telemetry Data Retention
For operational logs spanning internal Nginx routing and Fail2Ban security audits, we purge identifiable IP data on a rolling 30-day window via internal root cron jobs. You retain the right to command a total erasure of the Docker volume mounts at any given time via your SSH superadmin privileges.
