1. Acceptance of Architecture

By provisioning and deploying a BrandedClaws Marketing-as-a-Service (MaaS) workspace, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service. Our software provides a framework and bridging logic; you are entirely responsible for the data, content, and automations generated uniquely by your node.

2. Resource Utilization & Abusive Workloads

The BrandedClaws infrastructure heavily relies on highly demanding local processes. Intensive tasks—specifically ComfyUI pipeline rendering (FLUX.1) and continuous mass-generation with Llama-3—require significant vCPU, RAM, and GPU-equivalent time.

Abusive concurrent REST API requests purposefully designed to disrupt the node's Docker bridge via n8n automation are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to temporarily throttle or suspend webhook gateways if automated telemetry detects infinite routing loops consuming 100% of node memory.
You agree to monitor your internal automation triggers to prevent accidental self-DDoS scenarios.

3. Guaranteed SLA & Uptime Expectations

We operate behind robust container orchestration to enforce maximal uptime across our 48GB core hub servers. Defensive mechanisms including Fail2Ban and Uncomplicated Firewall (UFW) protocols are strictly enforced out-of-the-box.

Scheduled network resets, kernel patches, or critical Docker daemon upgrades will be broadcasted natively through your Dolibarr Superadmin dashboard at least 48 hours prior to execution. We guarantee a 99.9% uptime SLA on the Nginx Proxy Manager routing layer.

4. Intellectual Property of Generations

Since BrandedClaws heavily utilizes open-source AI weights (Meta Llama-3, Black Forest Labs FLUX.1) operating on your private segment, we claim zero ownership over the copy, images, or code generated by your system. You hold complete commercial rights to the outputs of your deployed engine, provided they are not utilized maliciously or illegally within your jurisdiction.
