Managing 8 disparate social networks across 5 different client accounts inevitably leads to logistical nightmares and missed campaigns. The Social Planner unifies Facebook Pages, LinkedIn Profiles, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Instagram, and Reddit behind a single secure OAuth Matrix and Visual Calendar.

Phase 1: OAuth Authentication & Channel Routing

Before you can broadcast, you must authorize the server to speak on behalf of your localized network identities.

  1. Access Channels: Navigate to Social Planner. Click on the Channels configuration interface.
  2. Token Handshake: Select the target network (e.g., LinkedIn). You will be temporarily redirected to LinkedIn's official OAuth portal. Log in and explicitly grant the "Read/Write Post" permissions. You will automatically be bounced back to the OS interface once the cryptographic token is stored securely in the PostgreSQL vault.
  3. Managing Workspaces: If you represent multiple agencies, construct isolated Workspaces. Assign specific LinkedIn/Facebook tokens strictly to one workspace to guarantee cross-posting contamination never physically occurs.

Phase 2: Utilizing The AI Ghost Writer

Manual caption typing is obsolete. The Social Planner integrates directly with the Large Language Model interface to construct variable-oriented hooks natively mapped to network specific algorithms.

  • Image Injection: Upload a root image or video. Instead of guessing the caption, click the magical AI Ghostwriter button next to the text field.
  • Algorithmic Adaptation: The AI physically reads the visual dimensions and subject matter. If you are broadcasting to Twitter, it limits characters to 280 and generates controversial, engagement-heavy hooks. If targeting LinkedIn, it generates 4 paragraphs of highly structured B2B prose.
  • Hashtag Generation: The system will automatically inject optimal volumetric trending hashtags explicitly relevant to your core industry into the payload.

Phase 3: The Persistent Broadcast Scheduler

Execution is handled via chron-locked daemon queues. It ensures networks don't throttle you for API abuse.

Constructing Time Blocks

When drafting a universal post targeting 4 networks simultaneously, select Schedule Post. Select specific timezone configurations relative to your target audience. You can drop 30 posts straight into the queue on a Monday, effectively driving the client's public relations automatically for an entire month without lifting a finger again.

Visual Kanban / Calendar Override

Navigate to the Calendar View. The UI renders an omnipresent look at exactly what payload is flying into what network on what day. If client requests dictate an emergency shift in strategy, physically click and drag a Tuesday post to Thursday on the React calendar matrix—the scheduling engine inherently calculates the differential and updates the database instantly.
